The Audeasy Platform currently uses only strictly necessary technical cookies for the operation of the service. We do not use profiling, third-party analytics or marketing cookies.
3.1 Technical Cookies (Strictly Necessary)
These cookies are essential for the operation of the Platform and cannot be disabled. They do not require user consent under applicable legislation.

3.2 Third-Party Cookies (Payments)
When the user makes a purchase, the payment processor Stripe may set its own cookies to manage the transaction securely and prevent fraud.

3.3 CDN Cookies (Cloudflare)
The Platform uses Cloudflare as a Content Delivery Network (CDN) for content distribution. Cloudflare may set technical cookies for the operation of the service.

Cloudflare cookies are also classified as strictly necessary, as they are essential for the security and correct distribution of Platform content.
4. Future Cookies (Analytics and Marketing)
At launch, the Platform does not use analytics or marketing cookies. Should we decide to introduce such cookies in the future (e.g. Google Analytics, remarketing tools or advertising platforms), we will:
- Update this Cookie Policy with the specific details of each cookie
- Implement a consent banner allowing users to accept, reject or customise their preferences for non-essential cookie categories
- Request the user's explicit consent before installing any non-strictly-necessary cookie, in compliance with the UK GDPR, the EU GDPR, the ePrivacy Directive 2002/58/EC and the UK PECR regulations
No non-essential cookies will be installed without the user's prior explicit consent.

6. How to Manage Cookies
6.1 Browser Settings

6.2 Consequences of Disabling Cookies
Please note: disabling strictly necessary technical cookies may impair the functioning of the Platform, preventing, for example, access to the Account, completion of purchases or correct display of content.
7. Consent Banner
Although we currently use only strictly necessary cookies (which do not require consent), the Platform may display an informational banner on first access to inform users about cookie usage and provide a link to this Cookie Policy.
Should non-essential cookies be introduced, the banner will be updated to include granular consent options (accept all, reject all, customise), in compliance with ICO (UK) and EDPB (EU) guidelines.
8. International Transfers
Some of the third-party cookies listed above (Stripe, Cloudflare) may involve the transfer of data to the United States or other countries outside the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area.
